Join us October 12, 2019 for the Duke Dash 5K & Healthfest at the North Carolina Research Campus in Kannapolis!
Event Details
Onsite registration will be available the day of the event starting at 8:15 a.m. The 5K run will begin at 9 a.m. The first 250 people ages 12 and up, who register online, will receive a free T-shirt.
Good news! You spoke and we listened, we will have awards by age groups this year!
Age Categories:
9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 & Over
Duke Dash 5K & Healthfest is a morning of fun and healthy activities like line dancing, Zumba, yoga, and face painting from 9 a.m. to noon. Come early to cheer on the 5K runners as they cross the finish line in front of the Core Laboratory Building at 150 Research Campus Drive! The Duke Dash 5K & Healthfest will take place rain or shine, starting at 9 a.m. Oct. 12, 2019.
