Dinner - Kalamata boneless roast with a Mediterranean vegetable topping-Garlic and olive oil angel hair pasta-Mediterranean bread with a side of red pepper hummus-Crushed oat cake with warm coconut and pecan glaze. Gluten-sensitive and vegetarian options are available when selected at the time of order. Specialty meals must be reserved in advance.
