Essence Moon Flow is a two-hour evening retreat where like-hearted women gather to reconnect, celebrate and deepen her connection with the light that radiates soul deeply within through nourishing movement, rest and self-discovery.
Each gathering is truly its own experience based on the energetics of the season, moon and the space within and around us.
The theme of the October gathering is Nourish. This gathering is especially appropriate for women who are interested in integrative health, nutrition, holistic wellness and soul-centered approach to living.
You choose to show up for you to drop deep into movement, rest, peace and insight. Together, we:
Explore Yin Yoga to awaken connective issues of the body
Learn how to provide mind-body-soul nourishments for ourselves during the fall-to-winter transition through November using ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and practices in modern living
Discover seasonal nourishments your physical and energies need the most

You also receive a simple, personalized herbal remedy for increasing your own physical and energetic vitality and harmony to ease into winter and the holiday season.
Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothing for movement and rest. Bring a pen along with an extra layer and socks if you tend to get chilly. I provide yoga mat and props, including blocks and blankets. You are more than welcome to bring your own mat and props that support you.
Please arrive ten minutes early to allow yourself time for settling in. We begin promptly at 7:30 PM EST. You can also enter The Space through the coffeeshop next door.
