After deciding on a vessel, choose a base (Nori, sushi rice, brown rice, salad) and then stack it with plethora of protein, topping and sauce options ranging from spicy tuna, fresh salmon and tempura shrimp to cheetos hot chips, wakame, and sriracha aioli.

Zukku is a new restaurant in Charlotte but definitely has some of the best sushi in Charlotte! Also some really delicious poke in Charlotte
The poke bowls here are out of this world! Perfect spot for a light & tasty lunch/dinner.
Can't believe there's a Zukku in Charlottesville! This is one of my favorite restaurants in Tampa and the quality is just as amazing here! Get a big poke bowl with spicy tuna and shrimp tempura, it's delicious.
