The newest phase of development, The Residences, provides working families with safe, quality housing in brand new apartment homes that offer affordability, convenience and assurance. The Residences at Renaissance is situated in the heart of the The Renaissance community – a vibrant neighborhood that has all the modern conveniences you need for you and your family. All of The Renaissance apartment homes have been built to Earthcraft standards and the clubhouse is seeking LEED for new construction certification through the US Green Building Council. The mixed-income housing is being developed by Laurel Street Residential and managed by S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.
