Hi! My name is Lauren Hart. I'm a native to Granite Falls, NC, and have worked in the Hickory area for the last 7 years since graduating from Emmanuel College in Georgia in 2008. I am incredibly blessed to be married to the most amazing man. It's been almost 4 years and it still feels like we are newlyweds. We have 4 dogs, which we say are our "training" before children. My first job after college was working in sales for a business owner who purchased bulk REOs directly from some of the major lenders and then sold them off individually with a package of services included. He owned properties in about 25 states and so our team traveled to most of the major cities in the US and Canada hosting or attending seminars and conferences assisting the owner in selling the houses. That's when I got my feet wet in real estate and when I knew I wanted to stay in this business. I'm currently a fitness instructor at 3 different local studios/gyms and love helping people reach and maintain their fitness goals. Before becoming a Realtor, I worked at the Family Guidance Center, in Hickory, where I was a certified Credit and Housing Counselor in the Consumer Credit Counseling Department. With bulldog tenacity, I helped numerous families avoid foreclosure when it seemed imminent. I always wanted to know that people left my office with their situations improved or at least with the knowledge of how to improve.
