Dances With Scones Café is a small Tea & Coffee Shop with in the Gem of Ashley on Garrison Blvd as part of the larger Olio's Restaurant collection. Staffed by BIA clients, it is a unique, quaint little place where you can come and enjoy French Pressed Coffee, Specialty Herbal Tea blends or choose some loose tea leaf blends and a pastry from the IN HOUSE Pastry Chef John McCall. All scratch made and Fresh. There is always a selection of fresh scones available, along with cookies, brownies and other cakes or cheesecakes 'by the slice' to enjoy with your coffee or tea. Sit in the Gem of Ashley where we have created a small garden atmosphere while listening to some light music. Along with the café, there will be a gift shop where you can purchase local wares made by Gastonia's artisans as well as Imported European Goods and food items. All this and more yet to come.
