There are 4 areas to the business. Funding is the first one. We are currently looking for likeminded individuals, private real estate lenders and credit institutions to partner with. We look at hundreds of properties every week to come up with the one that more likely meets our expectations. Negotiation and due diligence are two main components of the acquisition phase.
