Fresh, Local, Peak-of-the-Season, Organic…these words all have a role in the development of Vine American Kitchen. As we thought about each dish, every drink, and our overall philosophy, we kept coming back to the "Vine” and the "Kitchen.” Every plate or glass delivered to a guest has some connection to the vine. Whether through locally sourced seasonal vegetables, organic potatoes, cocoa beans, freshly squeezed juices in our cocktails, hops in our beers, to the variety of grapes in our extensive wine selection, we are bringing the garden to our guests. To that end, we have developed partnerships with local farmstead producers to provide a variety of products used in our recipes.
