Starfish Pageantry presents: Hocus Pocus Halloween Pageant Saturday, October 31st, 2020 Pageant starts at 9am **Virtual Option Available** Registration/ Doors open at 7 am. **Only accepting 5 contestants per age division!**

Areas of competition:
-Open OOC: 50% Personality, 25% Facial Beauty, 25% Originality.
You can choose to be as Natural or as Glitz as you would like for OOC. Bellies can show, no butts or boobs.
