Please have the documents filled out before the session. Any additional questions regarding the documents will be addressed the day of the session.

Application (to be picked up at the office)
Separation/Divorce Papers (if applicable)
Two Months Paystubs
Employment Verification (to be picked up at the office)
Government Assistance Documentation (if applicable)

Landlord Reference (to be picked up at the office)
Lease
Mortgage Denial Letter
Monthly Bills
Bank Statements (2 Months)
Judgement Check
2017 W2
2017 Tax Return
Application Fee $35 (Cash or Money Order ONLY)
All of these documents must be present the day of the session. If you are missing any needed documentation you will have 15 days to return it.
