CrossFit Surgo is Plaza Midwood, Villa Heights, and Noda's neighborhood premeir CrossFit Facility. We offer a 9500 sq ft facility with multiple programs to fill your interest. CrossFit Surgo offers Programs such as Fundamentals of CrossFit, CrossFit Class, Olympic Class, Yoga, and coming soon Bootcamp, Gymnastics, and Speed and Agility.
