Waverly Charlotte

Waverly is a multi-use, pedestrian-friendly, master-planned development, which is a joint venture between Childress Klein, Crossland Southeast and the Matthews family. Located just south of I-485 at the intersection of Providence Road and Ardrey Kell, Waverly offers 90 acres where South Charlotte residents can live, work, dine and shop. With 250,000 square feet of retail anchored by Whole Foods Market, Waverly includes boutique shops, fitness studios, salons, spas, home decor, pet stores, banks and a variety of restaurants ranging from fast food to fine dining. The Hub, an innovative six-story office building, will be completed in mid-2017, with a second office building to follow. Hilton Garden Inn is currently under construction.
