Hamilton Stephens Steele + Martin, PLLC was originally founded in 2001 by 10 partners from large Charlotte law firms as a litigation boutique with the goal of providing a cost-effective alternative to larger firms. Over the years HSSM has grown to over 20 lawyers and has expanded our practice areas to include all facets of business and commercial litigation, construction law, municipality law, real estate and commercial land use, family law, bankruptcy, appellate advocacy, securities arbitration and design professional services.
