Event Details
Would you like your child to learn about yoga, breath work, and meditation? Sign them up for our Breathe With Me workshop. Our hour will include a child friendly yoga flow, along with education around yoga, breathing techniques, and overall wellness. Your child may bring their own mat, or they may use one of ours!
