Dancing In The Park

Get ready to turn it up on the dance floor with this fun exhilarating dance workout. Each week we mix up classes and add formats such as Zumba, MIXXED FIT, Soca dance fit, Cardio dance & more! This party inspired dance fit class combines various styles of music and movements. Everyone is invited! Classes are open to the community. No dance experience required ! Just have fun!

Dancing In The Park Meeting Location:

Meet at the honorary garden located in the center of the park across from the band shell / stage area. The location is a round circle with a tree in the center of the circle. This location is near the pond, walking pathway, the bikes, and shelter 5. ***Please see the attached picture of the meeting location for Dancing In The Park at Freedom Park.***

***If there's any rain or inclement weather during the scheduled class time we will reschedule or have an alternate location for members and those that RSVP ahead of time available as an option. ***
