Executive Chef Robert Hoffman and Sommelier William Farquharson have teamed up to create a unique way to explore the palate with a 5-course adventure exploring wine from the Russian River Valley in California. Featuring classic Italian dishes with a twist, this will definitely be a dinner to remember! The Copain Wine Dinner will be the third part in a 3-part series to explore the way we look at food and wine pairings.
