Come to the proof of Con-cept introduction of Con-Tagion! This brand new convention by creative people for creative people. We want to provide a inclusive, collaborative space for artists and writers and performers to join together to hone their crafts and learn from each other. We want to grow an artistic plague of diversity, excellence, and acceptance for all.
For our initial event, we will be hosting a day of creativity workshops by talented local authors and artists who are eager to share their knowledge with you to help your artistic endeavors grow and flourish.
Each ticket will allow the con-goer access to up to 4 workshop sessions. Seating is limited, and attendees must register in advance.
Tickets are limited, and attendees of the 2019 event will receive special advance accesss for the full-blown Con-Tagion convention happening in 2020.
In addition, we will be hosting the Muggles Market Too - "it's real life Etsy for geeks!" where 30+ artisans will be selling their geeky, handcrafted wares for your enjoyment and delight. In addition, we will have Food Trucks, fan cars and more. Proceeds from the Muggles Market Too will benefit the Metrolina Second Harvest Food Bank.
