Grab your bestie, you beautiful land mermaid, and join us for a late Galentine’s Day celebration! It’s basically like Lilith Fair minus the angst and plus embroidery and beer. It’s only the best day of the year, when ladies celebrate ladies!
Event Details
To stitch it up Leslie Knope style, we’ll have some inspired designs on hand for you to choose from and we will walk you through basic embroidery stitches to create your masterpiece! We’ll have all the supplies you’ll need on hand to start your project and you’ll leave with instructions for finishing your piece at home!
In this class you’ll learn:
- How to choose a design and transfer it to your fabric.
- How to prepare your fabric in an embroidery hoop to get your stitch on!
- How to start your embroidery project, as well as instructions for finishing at home.
- Several basic stitches and how/when to use them.
7th Street Public Market vendors will have a wide variety of beer, wine, coffee, and food available for purchase for you to snack on while you get your craft on!
