Learn techniques for two approaches to pesto: the traditional Pesto alla Genovese DOP, and a flavorful and colorful sun dried tomato pesto, typical of Italy’s southern regions. We’ll talk about what makes a pesto, and how versatile and healthy this dish is! Plus for dessert, learn how to make chocolate panettone bread pudding with fresh berries and whipped cream. Yum!
