EpicFest 2019 at ImaginOn
Event Details
EpicFest is an extraordinary, FREE literary festival that brings children, teens and families together with authors, illustrators and the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library. This year’s festival will feature appearances by award-winning authors and illustrators, activities that encourage a love of reading and learning, a musical performance by Eric Litwin, a teen writing workshop and a Young Adult's author panel for teens and fans of YA literature.

Bubbles, sidewalk chalk and game truck | 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
EpicFest Family Festival | 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

Family Storytime in Spangler Library | 10:30-11 a.m.
Author presentations and book signings | 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
Family Concert with Eric Litwin| 12-12:45 p.m. and 2-3 p.m.
Teen writing workshop with YA author, Tracey Baptiste | 2-3 p.m. (registration required)
Teen Studio art activity | 2:30-3:30 p.m.
YA Author Panel (open to all ages) | 4-5 p.m.
VIP Q&A Session with YA authors (teens only) | 5-5:30 p.m.
Book sale | 5-6:30 p.m.
Book signings | 5:30-6:30 p.m.
