It's your favorite fair & fest along with food...all in one! Every two years AFRO-Carnival makes it's way to a major city to provide a unique opportunity to appreciate African culture, cuisine, and entertainment.
Event Details
2018 will (the 3rd biannual) be no different. This year along with our classic fair rides, musical guests, and mouth watering treats; we're giving local businesses the opportunity to expand their reach with our pop up vendor mall.
Carnival guests will now be able to support diverse local businesses while enjoy the thrills of the carnival.
Vendor/Partner Options
At AFRO-Carnival we see our vendors as partners. We encourage potential vendors to sign up as soon as possible, in order for us to come along side of them to promote them as a featured business. Each vendor is listed on marketing materials before, during, and after the event.
We do offer specific packages to meet each vendor's needs

Food Truck - $75
1. Vendor Basic Package - $75
This package includes 2 day vendor space
2. Vendor Silver Package - $100
Includes Basic + Stage mention, Prime Location Options, 10 carnival passes
3. Vendor Gold Package - $175
Includes Silver + banner placement throughout venue, early entry, 10 carnival passes
4. Platinum sponsor - $300
Includes all above + logo on all materials, Afro-Carnival Merch Pack, 15 carnival passes
Vendor FAQ (All needed permits and inspections are the responsibility of the vendor)
When is setup:
Saturday 8:00 am / Sunday 10:00 am
How long is the event:
Saturday 10am - 9pm / Sunday 10am-7pm
How large are the spaces:
10x20 foot space
How will the event be marketed?
Radio (V101.9/103.3/100.9/92.7), TV, Social Media,
What about bad weather?
The event is rain or shine
How many are expected over the 2 days?
Admission is free and open to the public, because of that well over 2500 families are anticipated
What kind of Food Trucks are welcome?
All trucks are welcome, although we do limit the amount of similar trucks
